Council is constructing a new Croydon Town Square, linking Main Street to the Croydon train station and bus interchange, and creating a new open space in the heart of Croydon.
Council would like to include Changing Places, a fully accessible toileting facility, in the development and is seeking State Government funding. A Changing Places facility meets the needs of people with severe disabilities and their carers, enabling them to be more actively involved in their local community.
Please complete this survey to assist us in our funding application to build a Changing Places facility at Croydon Town Square.
Closing date for the survey is Friday 25 August 2017.
